Center Grove has an active Youth Program that meets for Sunday School, Sunday evening Youth Group, Wednesday Night Fellowship, and other Special Events.

Youth Sunday School

On Sunday morning, the Youth have a Middle School group that studies the Scriptures, and a High School Group that studies a book relating to either theology or Christian living.

Youth Group and Family Night

The first Sunday of the month is “Family Night”. Youth and their families share a meal together and then have an activity and a time of prayer and bible study. This is an informal time for the youth, their families, and the Youth Director to fellowship and “share life” with one another.

Wednesday Night Fellowship

Every Wednesday, Center Grove Church shares a family meal together. Afterward, there are classes for all ages. During this time, the youth sing hymns or contemporary songs together, hear from peers how the Lord is working in their lives, hear teaching through the Scriptures, and have gender-specific small groups that help the teens be accountable to one another in applying the theology of Scripture to their lives. Wednesday night is a group discipleship time focused on “equipping the saints for the work of ministry” (Ephesians 4:12)

Youth events are usually done on a monthly basis. It could include anything such as a BBQ, bowling, St. Louis Cardinals game, service project, game night, or a picnic at the park. We do believe that the Scriptures are of utmost importance in the life of our Youth, however, we also believe times of fellowship are just as important to create the unity that the Lord desires for His church.
